Entering the Inner Sanctuary
Enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply a few breaths. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering, within, is the inner Temple. Here, you are One with Spirit and all persons, and Nature. You may use a mantra, or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-Grace. Enjoy these moments of Quiet and come out when you are ready. The following video is provided, for those who would like meditative music to accompany your Quiet contemplation:

Spiritual Teaching
After having the loss of a relationship with a woman I had invested hope for a future with, I was struggling one day. I felt displaced, that feeling of where now. I prayed for help, a simple child-like prayer for guidance and a sign.
I walked into the jail where I was working. A 21-year-old lady needed spiritual guidance. She sat down before me. I saw her pain, her seeking, and her being still very much alive, even though she had been suffering for years from addiction.
As I sat with her, I felt a strong sensation, even physical in nature, of Pure Love in the center of my chest. This was blissful Love. I was crying inside, but outward kept my professional demeanor.
I worked with this young woman for over an hour, and I went outside in the cool night air. I stood amazed, alone in the dark. I started calling out, with hands uplifted, “This is what your Love is like!” I did this over and over.
I confessed to the Divine later that night, driving home, that even though I had lost the woman I had offered my heart fully to, I never wanted any woman in my life as my Love who could not share the Love I had felt that night sitting in that spiritual guidance session. I prayed that I never wanted anyone – even if I remained alone the rest of my life – to be in love with me who could not share the same Pureness of Love with me, also, and consistently.
That night, even though I still had strong feelings for my past Lover, I knew my priorities were in place. I knew what I had known in my heart, those tears of my heart before that 21-year-old, were Divine. Those tears and that pureness of Love were worth more than sharing any human bond that would not support and encourage such a life, both with others, oneself, and in the relationship.
